Jake Paul has asserted that the UFC is “DYING” in a harsh critique directed at Dana White, following the promoter`s recent remarks about him.
The veteran promoter White unintentionally reignited his public dispute with Paul last week when he claimed he wasn`t aware that the YouTuber-turned-boxer was scheduled to compete this weekend.

The former Disney personality, Paul, is set to face former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr early Sunday morning, directly competing with the UFC`s annual International Fight Week event held in Las Vegas.
Paul responded fiercely to White, declaring: “The UFC is dying.”
“They lack current stars; while they have skilled competitors, their fights are mostly dull wrestling matches.
Where fighters from Dagestan dominate by consistently taking opponents to the ground.”
Paul, who has frequently criticized White over the years, insists the MMA executive was well aware of his scheduled bout.
“He can claim whatever he likes, but you informed him about the fight, didn`t you?” Paul continued. “So now he`s aware.
That`s the function of press and media. We are promoting the pay-per-view.
So perhaps people aren`t aware today or tomorrow, but everyone will know by Saturday.”

Paul`s upcoming bout with Chavez Jr is arguably the most significant of his five-year professional boxing career to date.
He has also pledged to add the son of the legendary Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Sr to his record of knockout victories.
At his open workout, he boldly declared: “I, Jake Joseph Paul, will knock out Julio Cesar Chavez on Saturday, June 28.”
