Jarosław Kaczyński on the EU Migrant Quota: “We have a completely moral right to say NO!”

Jarosław Aleksander Kaczyński is currently the chairman of the Law and Justice party in Poland. He served as Prime Minister of Poland from 2006 to 2007. His twin brother Lech was president of Poland until 2010, when he was killed in a plane crash along with other Polish dignitaries who were traveling to Russia to commemorate the Katyn Massacre.
