Round 1
The Superbet Chess Classic tournament serves as the second stage of the 2025 Grand Chess Tour series.
This event features a 10-player field competing in a single round-robin format under classical time controls. Players are allotted 90 minutes for their first 40 moves, followed by an additional 30 minutes for the remainder of the game, with a 30-second increment added from the very first move.
A total prize fund of $350,000 is on offer, with $100,000 designated for the champion. Participants will also be awarded valuable points towards the Grand Chess Tour standings.
